So, this is a fun one, and features a guest appearance from the person I used for this challenge last year!

I first "met" Calla, aka maniclust, when she sent me a message on Tumblr praising my fic and asking where I would suggest she post her own. Of course I had to love her, since she's a fan of my work, haha. But seriously, from the very first fic she posted ( Call Out My Name), I've been in love with her writing.
I wasn't totally sold on Mistakes We Knew We Were Making when she started posting it, because of the whole Zatalie thing, but I got over that. Now the sequel, Crack the Shutters, is one of those stories that I'm always waiting for a new chapter of and every time it breaks my heart in the best possible way.
stayfic, her collaboration with Diamond (onlybonesremain) is going to do the same thing, I'm sure. They're both just that sort of author, which makes it even better (and worse) when they work together. I'm too lazy to link to all of them, but their other collabs are great, too. Heart On Fire is this perfect combination of angst, smut and a little fluff, and they've done some really great Zac/OMC and Taylor/OMC things starting with What Does The Fox Say?
To wrap this up, I'm just going to link to a few more of my favorites of hers with some quick commentary.
Forgotten Birthdays is probably the story that, even more then Mistakes, really sold me on Zatalie. It's not terribly explicit, but just dirty enough. Then there's the sequel from my prompt, Headfirst Slide Into Cooperstown On A Bad Bet.
Kiss Me Slowly is yet another Jeylor, with the tortured asshole Taylor that we all know and love.
Madness and Sexual Healing are a two part Tike by proxy thing. I think that's the best way to describe it. I'm not at all a Tike fan, but Calla does this thing where she makes me love pairings I don't love. Everything about this is perfect -- Ike's obsession with Taylor, Nikki's acceptance of it, Taylor taking a giant leap over the line when he flirts with Nikki, Zac knowing and dealing with Taylor's lust for him, and finally, Nikki's solution to Ike's Taylor problem. Even though the only sex scenes in the story are het and one of those is a married couple, it's so fucking dirty. Love it.
I could keep this list going forever, but I'm trying to limit myself to my absolute favorites. She has a few more stories with Jesse, Taylor Kinney (and an OMC with his face) and even Norman Reedus, so there's something there for everyone. Is there a pairing she hasn't written? Probably. But I bet if you suggest it, she'll write it and you'll love it. Calla might be as twisted as I am, and I love her for it.
