I haven't lost any weight yet, but I am making some strides toward wellness. I'm going to a wellness retreat in July where they offer classes on healthy eating and yoga. It's in upstate NY in the middle of the woods and there' a spa, too! So slowly but surely.

I would LOVE to go to something like that! I've been thinking about trying some yoga classes as a counterpoint to my running, but haven't had the spare scratch for it yet. Have fun with that retreat though!
