Exciting news on the homefront! I will be moving at the end of August! I'm pretty well stoked about the idea of finally living alone again. The next roommate I want to have will be my mister. Out of curiosity what is this apartment going for? This is way better than the studios I have in my building. I LOVE the kitchen booth, holy shit. And south facing windows are the best, that's what I mainly have, perfect for houseplants. I really love our neighborhood too, I can't imagine living in another part of Minneapolis. Hooray for your new place!

It's 545 a month with the standard heat, water & trash included. I did look at a Steven's Community studio (this one is with Mint Properties, who I rent from now) that was $525, but it had a really narrow, claustrophobic kitchen with the refrigerator in the living room. The redeeming quality on that one was that it had a little sleeping room off the main living room & a lot of closet space. But I like to cook, so I wanted to have a kitchen I would feel comfortable in.

And yes! That kitchen booth!

That is a lovely option...and don't think I'm not considering it! You are actually one of four destinations that I'm thinking of. :)
