I am so sorry for your many losses- losing a beloved companion is terrible, and having it compounded by the loss of all personal things is even more terrible.

Thank you so much. In a way, losing all the stuff has been somewhat freeing, though I've been very fortunate and I have all my basics covered and then some.

Basically I'm just trying not to think too much about it. Any time I think about her, or think about some cute thing she used to do, the tears start. I was so lucky to have her and I will miss her forever.
