Wtf! And the parents didn't notice, or just don't care??

it's bad but i honestly think they didn't care. it's impossible for the mom to not notice cuz the kid's face was right outside her window!!! half his body was sticking out, it was insane!

we were circling the p-lot for awhile and the whole time, the fam did NOTHING.
