the first day working downtown today was pretty good. my boss is super friendly AND she's not there every day of the week! the person i share the room with was an old coworker of mine and i already knew we'd mesh well. i was so happy to see that i'm going to be sharing the office with her. SCORE

i read this this morning before i left for class but then i didn't have time to comment before i left. O_O anywayyyy yaey it sounds like things are going okay so far! i've never heard of a starbucks machine... and i like your title for #3 "big mouse in the house". sucks about not being able to listen to music.

Oh ANNNNNNNNND the most important thing, since you're near waterfront station, you MUUST must go to mink chocolates. and try one of their blended chocolate drinks. SO DELICIOUS!!! they also have tons of different kinds of chocolate bars. http://www.minkchocolates.com/ there's also mizu which is a tea place. anyway i'm sure you will discover these places but i had to say GO TO MINK! yumyum.

mmmm i have to go check out that place!! randeep mentioned it too and now i think i'm really gonna make myself walk over there. i've passed by it before was already drawn in by their signage alone. heheh. yea, things are going well so far. so hard to say where things are gonna go. these first 3 probational months scare me tho...

i will take a picture of the starbucks machine thinggy when i can, when nobody's around ;)
