Licking the spoon or beaters after baking is something I still do. Hmmmm!

I'm not a big pumpkin fan, except for pumpkin soup. But cake and cookies with pumpkin or carrots I could eat all day long. Pity I lost that pumpkin cookie recipe with cinnamon, they tasted like christmas cookies!

Like I said above, I hate pumpkin, but this cake is really good. Both cookies and cake were a huge hit at the cook out.
