had something simular lately: had to upgrade Ed's phone in the shop, while it did not work on the pc: he tried 1 day late so his number (and the money still there) was canceled.
Had to buy a new card, number and within 3 days: the code did not work.
Me back again... hope it works now (and we did put the numbers on the backside, while he seldom leaves the home anymore, and when, I go with him and we use mine) we'll see, but the service is not good here either, although they had to make 'bid's" for frequencies again, so you would think they do their best to please you...
We live in an imaginaire world, thinking thus!
