I love the part in the police report where they state that he pulled a four-foot sword from "behind his head". Interesting; perhaps our lunatic is really a sorceror (thus explaining both the sword legerdemain and the bad swordwork, as even AC 10 is pretty hard to hit with a BAB of 0 and a non-proficiency penalty...).
