swimming time trial

Yesterday I swam 1,000 meters in 20:26.51. Not a very good time at all, if you consider that I did 900 meters a week ago in 15:58.43. I'm going to attribute it to poor nutrition [had a BIG lunch about an hour before I did it]. I think that did me in. I think they make something you can rub on the goggles to keep them from fogging over - I don't know what it's called....

Rain-X. I was going to say Ammonia, but that would be a very bad idea if you swim in a chlorinated pool.

I think it was more from experience. I know everyone says not to mix bleach and ammonia, but you never forget once you actually do it.
