what a weekend,
How interesting it was...
Friday I woke up late, go fig.
So I missed yoga. Cleaned the house a bit. Then I went over to black_chamber's. Seems that when I got there, my x-mum-inlaw left. I was there for quite sometime. We had some good laughs and solved the mystery of my lack of sound coming from my box!!! THANK YOU PETRIE!!!!!! On my way home got a call from Mr. G. I told him that I would give him a call when I got home. I forgot...go fig. I met up with him around 9ish for gaming. I had a good time. I felt really bad about leaving when I did, but I had some VIPs coming to my place.
It was officially Saturday when Kana P, PMB, and Suffix arrived. When I got home I set up the sleeper sofa. Then I got on it to watch some Father Ted till they got here. My sleeper sofa is quite comfy!!! I was impressed!!! They made it, parked Filthy in the spot that I snagged for her and went to sleep. I was a little late getting up. But we all made it out of the house in good time. Work was boring and I just wanted to be with them. They ran into Die. He was there with some girl named Virginia. That made me feel weird. *whatever* It was his birthday, so I called him to tell him 'Happy Birthday'. I got to the festival. There was not much in the AH department this year. That was sad. I did not get to play go, which was also sad. I got some cool phone toys. Suffix got me this beautiful journal, which I promised him that I would fill. It has a secret pocket in the back too!! Kana P got me the greatest phone toy ever!!! She got me a Harajyuku HK toy. She has blue roses in her hair!!! God I love her!!! Later we came home, eat while we watched more Father Ted. I made up Suffix...*pats self on the back* who looked SUPER HOT, not that he is not hot to begin with. We went to the club and got there REALLY late. But we had fun none the less. We headed home at close.
Why do my parents always call before 11 on a Sunday morning???
First it was my dad. He wanted to know if I wanted to come to class in Fredrick, MD. WHAT??? I had to remind my dad that Kana, PMB and Suffix were here and that we were going into the city for more Sakura goodness. He forgot!! We watched some more Father Ted, then began the trek into DC. What a crazy ride that was. Teaism was really cool. I had never been to that one. Kana and I had Ahi bento for lunch. YUMMY!!! Then we went over by Corcoran to see if we could see any of the Sakura trees. Instead I had to bury a baby crow. Seems so unkind individual(s) killed one of my protectors and then hung it from a tree. The unkind ones used fishing line. PMB got it down. Suffix and I dug a hole for him next to the tree I found it in. We dug pretty deep so that dogs may not be able to smell it. I said a blessing for him and place the dirt and blossom petals on top. I made the other crows relieved. Today I will be making some calls. Not sure to who...but they will be made. We walked a bit after that. It took us an hour and a half to get back here!! That is how nuts traffic was!!! After a little snack and more Father Ted, my cohorts took off for Pa. ;_; I was sad. So I remedied my sadness by watching Harold and Kumar go to White Castle!! OMG...what a funny, funny movie. That definitely hit the spot, though it made me want to go get a White Castle burger. And I don't eat red meat anymore!!! Crazy...
Today I am going to the Corcoran to hear a lecture. Should be fun. Going to hang/ Die. But now I need to do some homework before I go. Hope everyone had a good weekend.
