Title: The Book of Love

Warnings: Fluff and some minor angst, oh and human names.
Summary: Japan was used to spending Christmas alone. Greece didn't want to this year.
Notes: the prompt was something about cuddling and sweetness. I made it kinda angsty though, to reflect on recent economic events in the Eurozone. Yep.

It was a strange, old routine. )

This is a thoughtful piece, and I quite like the conversation between the two, especially how Greece was saying he up and left his home not only because he wanted to spend time with Japan, but also because the he was tired of the mess back home. I thought that was quite insightful of how nations feel about current events too. It's quite a burden to bear, isn't it?
I'm not too sure if Japan would get close to a shouting match with Germany, however worried he might be, but I suppose that does show the gravity of the situation and it does add weight to his unstated concerned for Greece's well-being.
Anyway, tl;dr, but this was a sweet piece and the ending with them all curled up under the kotatsu together just made me go awwww.

And this fic was quite sweet. I could totally see Greece making a spur the moment decision to see Japan and the cozy, yet melancholy atmosphere of the story was just perfect.

This was one of the loveliest Giripan fics I have ever read, I promise you that. I was happy that Japan was still his easily embarrassed, reserved self even when he was worried and flustered about Greece's well-being. I think Greece put it best: "We’ve had sex and holding hands makes him nervous."
You, my good author, are a wonderful writer and I sincerely look forward to reading more from you in the future. Why are you so wonderful?
Thank you! This made my evening. Actually, it made my morning. I'm up far too late and should be studying for finals, but, alas, commenting on this was much more important.
