"Remember," Kame and Pi both warn him, "this was completely your idea. We're not going to bail you it if it fails." They exchange glances as if he's a little kid and won't notice. Sometimes, he does feel like a little kid with them, even if he is the oldest, but this time, he's certain he's right (that he's been equally certain with every other plan he's ever made doesn't really matter).

"This plan is foolproof," Jin declares, and walks out.

Jin's plan is, in fact, not foolproof. It is smartproof. Because Ryo and Ueda are both smart (or Pretty Sharp, at the very least), obviously the plan has to be impervious to smart people. Therefore, it takes awhile. First, he annoys Ueda to the point where Ueda starts complaining of a headache, and then he offers Ueda medicine for the headache he caused - while acting as apologetic as he can. Unfortunately, Ueda is too smart to take all of the pills that Jin offers him, and so instead of completely falling asleep, he simply gets drowsy

Then Ryo laughs, loudly. "Oi, fishlips, Jin here says - mmmph," he says as Jin jumps on him again, covering Ryo's mouth with his own in a desperate attempt to get him to shut up. He adds a few hip wiggles for good measure, and if those are deadly to fangirls at a distance (like the distance from a television screen to an event that happened days previously in a different country), up close, not even his fellow Johnnies are immune to their power. Not even Ryo, who flattens against the door and lets Jin push his tongue into his mouth.

Jin almost forgets about Ueda, because damn, Ryo is a really good kisser when he's not trying to push Jin away or say anything, but then there's that harsh scrape of the chair again, and footsteps, and one of Ueda's hands - small, but surprisingly strong - yanks Jin back by the collar. He gets a quick glimpse of Ueda's face as he's spun halfway around and pushed away from Ryo, and fights back a grin.

Ueda looks pissedRyo, on the other hand, still looks stunned

"You could've told them that making out in the hallway is traumatizing to the Juniors. And all sane people," Kame says reproachfully, the next day, while Pi sniggers.

"But that wasn't part of my plan," Jin protests. "It's not my fault. Besides, I heard that they were doing that because it's traumatizing."

"I don't think it's traumatizing," Pi interjects, prompting an incredulous stare from Kame. "What? At least they're getting along now, right?"

Jin gives Pi a this-is-why-you're-my-best-friend smile. "Exactly!" He punches the air in triumph, and limps out.
