It looks like, after tunneling right through to the core, the only shows I can really enjoy are the Witch Hunter Robin, Ergo Proxy, Paprika kind.

All those OH ROBOTS HAVE BECOME SENTIENT LET'S SAVE THE WORLD kinds. :|

I love Durarara!!, but it took me four episodes to warm up to loving it.
