New Toy~

Thanks to a bonus from work, I was able to pick up an ASUS EeePC 1005HA (with the '10.5 hr' battery).  Got it on Wednesday, been setting it up and playing around with it since then.  Haven't decided if I'm going to keep WinXP Home (tbh it's probably fine for what I'm going to do with the thing), up to Win7, or get even more daring and try out

Even without the battery and the repair work, you may be able to break even on your Asus by selling off your MBP.
