While riding my bike down Chestnut, somebody leaned out of a Jeep Cherokee and shattered a bottle over my head! Luckily, I'm smart enough to wear a helmet, so it mostly just made a loud noise and went down my shirt a little ( Read more... )

That sucks and unfortunately it's more common than you'd think. Glad you wear a helmet and I hope this never happens to you again!!

Easy there, Captain Haddock. I'm sure those cads will get their comeuppance someday. It reminds me of the time I got hit with a beer can whilst biking to night class by a bunch of frat-boy jocko-homos. Not as potentially dangerous as your experience, but still pretty irritating.
