Re: weight loss. If it's helpful for me to invite you to hiking or running outings at Umstead or other locales, let me know. I keep a running log of hiking buddies, and a shockingly large number of them have moved in the last few months. :)

I too have gained weight over the last few months since my layoff. I understand not being happy with that.
