Seems I'm among the few here who isn't bothered by the cold. I have always found it strangely energizing; much more so than heat, in any case. But it seems to have the opposite effect on the others here. Interesting

Yes, this place seems to have a countless amount of festivals. It's quite annoying, actually, and rather pointless.
