We have a big vision for ministry that touches this world for YHWH's glory, with many, many lives being transformed by his Spirit and Word. As this vision is ever before us, it has become increasingly obvious to me that one area we need assistance in, to fulfill our vision from HIM, is funding ( Read more... )

1. The vision spoken of is for our primary ministry, H.O.P. (House of Prayer), of which this Live Journal is a branch for teaching and inspiration. We of H.O.P. see there is more reformation needed in the Body of Messiah, and our goal is to see a complete return to the pattern for believers found in the New Testament, discarding the traditions that have formed over the centuries that are not Scriptural or useful. Through meetings, teaching and inspirational ministry such as here on Live Journal, personal discipleship, and other means, we will assist many in transitioning out of traditional Christianity into the New Testament original practice of faith ( ... )

1. You should know our focus by the vast number of posts on this site and www.cryinginthestreets.org. In short, the main thing is having a personal relationship with YHWH through Mashiach born of and filled with the Ruach HaKodesh, and being taught, guided, empowered, and filled with YHWH's love in our hearts by the Ruach. Or, in the terms a typical Christian immediately understands, a personal relationship with the LORD (most know as Yahweh or Jehovah) through Christ born of and filled with the Holy Spirit ( ... )

Refer back to the reply to your previous post in regard to tongues, and there being different kinds of tongues. We believe that every believer is to pray in the spirit, in tongues, and that this ability initially comes along with the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The baptism is for empowerment to walk supernaturally in ministry as Yahshua did as our example, as witnesses of his. Praying in the spirit has purpose attached to this empowerment, thus why it comes in the package - Paul explains the benefits one receives when praying in tongues, in 1 Cor 14 ( ... )
