If a TV works completely fine, other than the fact that it doesn't turn off, can you really call it broken? Seems antithetical to me.

I'm getting better at Nethack. I've acended three valkyries, am currently half-way through with a priest, and almost won with a ranger, but let's just say it was a most shameful suicide
