She stands there like it's normal. Like it's natural. She might be dressed to suit your world and blend in better, but you've seen those dead eyes and navy blue hair-- or have you? You know that people can't do this but here she is, as if it's some new machination of the machine... but it isn't. She's just there. Her presence is invasive and it feels wrong because she is a being who should not be. And much less should not be in your world.
She's window-shopping. She's sitting on a bench or beneath a tree. She's somewhere she knows you'll see her-- being an observer of kakera made her perfect for this. She wants you to know of her 'invasion'... why? That's something only the witch knows. Maybe she just wants to say hello! Maybe she just wants to trace the lines that connect to the plane and visit those realities.
But if you know her for what she is, you'll probably want her out very quickly.
