Title: Time of Day
Couple: HenWook
Genre: Drama, Angst, Fluff (?)

Ryeowook sat himself down at the piano. The sunset light lit the white room in gold, soft red colors letting the pureness of the room slowly escape. The piano itself was white with colors of glod, blue, and red gleaming around it making it glow. He moved the wooden plank that covered the ivory keys. As he pushed it back a loud clunk could be heard. He let out a heavy sight as he placed his hands upon the piano.

His mind began to race. He didn't want to play too loud. He wanted to hear the instant Henry came home. He wanted to be the first one to see him. When Henry was here Ryeowook felt as if something was missing. That his pepped up life was full of excitement. That every moment he would spend with Henry would be bright and beautiful. But when Henry was gone, Ryeowook felt cold, lethargic, as if something had left him to die. As if his melody had no countermelody. As if the sun was permenately gone.

Given the fact that Ryeowook, now, was waiting for Henry to return from Canada, he felt exhausted. He wanted Henry to return to his side. He didn't want to deprive him of seeing his family. It was just that to Ryeowook, Henry was his everything. His cheerfull smile would light the room when Ryeowook felt down.

Ryeowook began to play a soft quite melody. It wasn't as cheerful as it usually was. By this time, any day that Henry was here, Ryeowook would be up cheerful playing the happiest tune alive. As the sun began to set, Ryeowook's tune became more and more slow, as if it too was dying. Ryeowook felt that the day was ending too soon, that Henry would never return. He hung his head and looked out the window as he played quietly.

"Henry~" Ryeowook seemed to whine. He didn't want to complain but he knew the sun was going be fully set before he got here. Ryeowook shook his head and kept playing, the tune grew in dynamics filling the room with a melodramatic melody. Soon Ryeowook found himself, still playing, as he stared out a dark window, the moon gleaming.

The room was now dark, the bright moon shining into the room illuminating the white piano. Pureness had returned.

Ryeowook took his eyes off the window and continued to stare at the piano. His melody became creeping by, yearning for energy, but he knew he could not supply the one the to lift t up. Ryeowook let out a sigh as he changed into a new key bringing a depressed sound into the dark room. He smiled to himself thinking about Henry's smile and the warmth he brought. The meldoy soon picked up to a decent relaxed tempo.

Ryeowook began to stare out the window again. Where was he? He began to think. He even waited behind so he didn't seem too eager to see Henry when he returned. Ryeowook gave up everything to make sure Henry would feel too pressured that he went home. Ryeowooks melody picked up suddenly with an octive jump, bright notes began to play. Ryeowook's head flashed to the keys to relocate his hands. He looked down and saw a set of hands and another hand in the octive above him.

Ryeowook looked up following the pale white skin on the arm up until it reached a face. Henry smiled back at him. Ryeowook continued to play and pick up the pace. Henry still played his octive counter melody. Ryeowook stopped and wrapped his arms around the thin boy.

"I'm home Wook-ah." Henry smiled swaying back in forth. He broke away from the embrace and sat down next to Henry on the piano bench. "I was afraid when I didn't see you when I got to luggage."

Ryeowook looked up seeing Henry's concerned face. He had a half smile but his eyes screamed of concern.

"I thought you forgot that I came home today, until Geng-ge told me you hadn't left your room all day. I was afraid you were sick. So when I came home and there was this song playing, I was so glad that you were up and healthy." Henry smiled at Wook grabbing his hand holding it.

"I didn't mean to scare you." Ryeowook softly admitted. "I was just, waiting, for you. I didn't want to seem as if-"

"Next time I come home and your not there I'm not coming to see you. I don't care what you think Wook, I want you there always." Henry smiled bringing Ryeowook into a small embrace. "I love you."

Ryeowook beemed, his arms wrapped around Henry, and he nuzzled softly into his shoulder.

"I love you too Henry."

A/N: Omg >> So the song "Maybe" by Yiruma made me think of this. Am such a huge HenWook buff and it just upsets me that The Moment doesn't involve them. I really do love them. I hope it makes sense to you guys~
