I've been beating it down for some months, but it just wouldn't die.

It takes JKR's comment from that future of the Potter/Weasley families interview and fleshes it out beautifully, creating a possibility for George and Angelina's relationship together. And as that comment from JKR suggested, it's a bit unhealthy and you can see why in this story, but it also all fits together in the end and works. It's a wonderful journey for the reader as well as the characters.
