I fell in love with the premise of this from the start--if you're looking for an intriguing AU with a meaty plot, this fic delivers well! It does incorporate graphic Remus/Sirius slash, which is not my taste at all, but I found the story readable despite that (I was able to skip over all those bits without detracting much from the main story). And I'm still recommending it so that perhaps is a sign of how much I enjoyed the main storyline itself! I found the interactions between the adults and Harry loveable--beware, much heartstring-tugging ahead--and this is a lovely indulgence in the questions of 'what if …?'
