This is beautiful. Absolutely marvellous.
The start was a very realistic look at how the war played out, and how stupid but true it is that destroying Voldemort isn't a real job. After I read it - twice over to really absorb everything, I wrote out the most ridiculously long review because I just couldn't summarise all that I loved about the story unless I just wrote one word: everything.
Seriously, this is one of those fics that you are missing out a lot if you don't try it.
