You watch because the animation is supposedly prettier and for possible changed scenes and the sexiness of Ishida-tan's voice~ |D

I haven't seen the SEs yet (either of them) but from the caps, it seems that the only other major change besides the ones you mentioned were the Athrun-bitchslapping scene ---> Athrun grabbing Shinn by the collar? Or something. Poor Luna and Miri got pastede in. D: And haha looks like Kira has learned more about microunits since his schooldays 8D

I think Athrun's hair extensions magically appear whenever dramatic wind blows. or maybe it's really some kindo f clever foreshadowing of the FUTURE. Athrun's hair will be longer! They will float vaguely in the sunset! Athrun will still deliberate on what to do with Cagalli! etc.

And Kira's gift is...probably.... his handsome, heroic キラキラ smile. *runs*

The caps of the ED I saw weren't very clear, so I couldn't really make out what it was Athrun was holding... XD Although it pretty much had to be the ring. I need to scrutinize it again.
