- Gundam Seed RGB Illustrations "Destiny" -- LOVE~!! Absolutely gorgeous ^_^ Out of all the Seed artbooks I own, I have to say that the RGB series is by far the prettiest. Hirai Hisashi Illustration Works 1 may be lovely because he's the character designer, but there's just something about the tone and colour of Ogasawara's pics... ^_^ And the gundams~!! And the chibis~!! The only disappointment was the fact that I was hoping to get a C.E.71 to C.E.74 timeline with this issue... but then, I guess they probably want to hold back on that until the movie comes out and/or get all the Astray stuff sorted out... The novel illustrations more than made up for those though ^_^
Speaking of Hirai Hisashi... they keep delaying his second artbook =P I'm hoping it's because they're going to throw a few Destiny pics into it... cf. making it predominantly Fafner *crosses fingers*... And now, if only Kuori Chimaki would release an artbook of her The Edge stuff, I'd die a happy fangirl *L*
- Seed Club 4-koma ~ Destiny ~ -- Oh the crack~!! ^_________^ I buy this as much for the adorable chibis as I do for the strange things As'maria likes to draw on, or make -- like umbrellas... or juice glasses... or onigiri in the shape of Cagalli/Kira/Athrun's heads ^^;;; And the Athrun phone-strap stuff cracks me up *LOL*
- Saiyuki Reload volume 7 -- There's really only one thing that needs to be said about this volume: Youkai!Hakkai vs. Seiten Taisei... *bows down to worship Minekura* Oh and the sneaky little picture that's under the dust jacket *L* Minekura-sensei is so very very good to her fans~~!! ^o^
