i´m german and i also have no idea what "batschkapp" means xD
i think it´s so dialect they speak in frankfurt!!

i´m still so sorry you had such troubles with the tickets and german "fans" i hope one day they will notice how stupid they are and strat to become more normal! i mean they started pushing and pulling 3(!) hours before the concert!
