Anyone wondering about "Coca-Cola Zero"?

I tried it today. It's like diet Coke (i.e. aspartame, no calories, etc) but it tastes just like regular Coke (which isn't true of diet Coke).

I didn't like it, because I don't like regular Coke. So I won't be bothering with it again.

The only way I could drink a Diet Coke is if it tasted like regular Coke, so Zero seems right up my alley... :)

You should try Diet Coke with Splenda.

I should (and will at some point)... but Splenda gives me an aftertaste. Aspartame doesn't. (I gather that's backwards from most people's experiences, but it's the truth.)

I have a feeling you'll find Diet with Splenda too sweet, but it's worth a shot :) I really like regular Coke and Diet Coke with Splenda has replaced it almost completely.

I find it hard to believe that any soft drink w/ aspartame can taste like its corn-syrupped brother. All the more reason to try it, I suppose. (Almost got some today, but it was only warm, and I needed C-O-L-D.)

I was wondering what that was -- I saw it in the store today and was confused since there is now a) Diet Coke (with Aspertame), b) Diet Coke with Splenda and then c) Coke Zero which seemed to be exactly the same as Diet Coke w/Aspertame but with a different label. Oh the joys of marketing.

I'm still trying to accept the fact that there's Coke (and Pepsi) with Lime.
