Once I bought a couple of cds from a used store. When I arrived home, I discovered one of the cases was empty. I later returned it to the store, and apparently the clerk couldn't find the cd. Fortunately, he refunded my money.

I finally got a copy of the Japanese Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom CD through trade. Wondering if you're interested, knowing it's your favourite Indiana Jones score.
Sadly, only 40 minutes, though.

I haven't had that happen but I was given a broken disc. There was a chip in the disc about a centimeter big. It was scratched to hell. Clearly, this disc was not going to play. I took it back to the Record Breakers and they refused to refund my money. They said there was no way they could know I didn't do it when I left. Granted, I only spent five bucks on the CD but it's the principal. Grrr.... That's what I say.
