I quit piano.

It's been a year, but I wasn't having fun. I never liked practicing, but I did come a long way.

I got a really sad note from my teaching asking if she was the reason I wanted a break, it broke my little heart because it's the opposite of what I thought. I always thought I was wasting her time since I never practiced like I should.
