SuckerPunch DreamLand
So, I was listening to music and I decided to create a dreamland. I've done it before, but this weirder than ever, possibly because I was listening to the Sucker Punch soundtrack.
Basically, it's this frigid land with a castle in the middle. The castle is basically made of ice and resembles an anatomically correct human heart connected to these huge clock-like gears. Unfortunatley, the cold and the wind is gradually destroying the walls, and you can see cracks in some of the towers (arteries). The further you get from the castle, the more it looks like spring, with a bunch of fucking flowers growing in the fields (tra-la-la).
Sometimes, people try to go into the castle to see what makes it so cold, but then a creature comes out and attacks them. It is said to be an animated ring that is owned by the person living in the castle. It's odd though, because you'd think such a person would be lonely so they wouldn't chase away people. Then again, if you're living alone, you're bound to fly over the cuckoo's nest.
Makes me wanna make it in photoshop really. . . :)
Of course, I could also make my daft punk dreamland. It is a bit more realistic (surprisingly, there's no flashy lights or technological bs in that land). But that requires map skills which I do not possess at the moment. After all, I have to define the great river and the desert surrounding it and the mouth of the river. The mouth is one of the main cities of the land, and the capital of one of the stronger countries. The capital is built on/in these green mountains that rise suddenly, as if jumping back from the flat sand. A good deal of the mountains are made of rock. This is carved into, so the land and the people aren't divided. For our measurements, it isn't a city with a huge population in the center, because that is where the rock is. Since carving into shit is difficult, the rock areas are generally reserved for more wealthy peopleI could go on, but I really should stop. XD
