hehe...when I come out to visit (who knows when THAT will be? lol) we'll have to break a bunch of stuff...and turn the heat up really high...and watch him fix things. ;-)

oooo that would be nice. I am waiting on calling him about the toilet because I want to make sure it's leaking again before I just say oh yeah it is. I feel bad for calling him out here again if nothing is wrong. So we'll see.
