hi!
it's a smooth and soft cottony material. the top part is stretchable and smocked at the back.

the white dainty is not sheer at the smocked area, slightly sheer at the bottom, i would suggest wearing shorts on the inside. :)

dainty in black's not sheer though. =D

"Dainty" measures 13" to 17" across chest. Will a 36C cup size fit into it?

Yup it should be able to.
Dainty is smocked at the back so it's stretchable. :)
