GRAR i was supposed to go to the mall but my friend hasnt called me back, she was supposed to 50 minutes ago!!! >.< SHE HAS A HISTORY OF DOING THIS!!! And i was going to cancel my plans but now im probably going to go to my Guard practice anyway... well she needs to call me to let me know if she can do w/e >.< grr she is so evil... >.<

Hey...I have a friend like that. And my whole advice to that is to always have backup plans. They come in handy.

well yes yes they do. But that's when you invite both of them to hang out and you just have a blast with everyone.
