According to the standard rating guide found in our formatting guide, "a high level of adult content, such as harsh profanity" is found in R ratings. Furthermore, with PG-13 ratings A PG-13 movie can include a single use of what the board deems a "harsher, sexually derived word," as long as it is only used as an expletive, not in a sexual context.

So to answer your question, repeated use of expletives such as "fuck", goes beyond a pg-13 rating. That being said, for our purposes, using an expletive a couple (3-4) times is fine.

Yes, some blood is all right. It doesn't sound like you are making an intense or overly graphic depiction of it so it should be fine.
