Jinki looked at the teddy bear Kibum had in his hands. It looked worn out and torn in most places. "Kibum," Jinki began, "Why do you still have that old thing?" Kibum turned his head to look at Jinki.
"Because, I can," he replied. Jinki looked at Kibum with a confused look.
"But, it's all worn out and torn." Kibum shrugged at Jinki's words and continued to pick at the bear.
"A bear remains a bear even when most of him has fallen off or worn away," Kibum said. "A room without a teddy bear is like a face without a smile."
"So, does that mean my room is not complete without a teddy bear?" Kibum looked at Jinki with wide eyes.
“You don't have a teddy bear?" Jinki shook his head. "I'm buying one for you."

The next morning, Jinki woke up to find a teddy bear by his door. He picked it up to see a notecard taped to his back.
Name this, hug it to bed, tell it your deepest secrets, whatever. Your room is now complete. You're welcome. -Kibum
He sighed, and brought it to his room. He put it on his desk and stared at it.
The door to his room opened. It was his little brother, Taemin. Taemin saw the bear on Jinki's desk and
grabbed it. "IT'S SO FLUFFY, I'M GONNA DIEEEEEE." Jinki smiled when Taemin exclaimed that. That was also the moment that he decided ‘Fluffy’ would be the name of his new teddy bear.

From that moment on, he brought his teddy bear everywhere. He would talk to it for half an hour before he went to bed every night. He would put him in his backpack and leave the zipper unzipped. People would ask why he did that. He’d say, ‘Because Fluffy needs to breathe.’ or something else, according to the situation.

Forty years later, he is sixty. He has Fluffy on his bed and still does the same things he use to do with it. Fluffy is like another person.
Every night, he’ll say to himself, “You really don't have to be young to find a friend in a teddy bear,” and hug his bear to sleep.
