I was working at House of Fabrics once, about a million and twelve years ago, and we were told we had to greet people within 15 seconds of them coming in to the store. So this lady came in and I said "Can I help you find anything today?" and she FREAKED out and got all belligerant and told me to mind my own business, lol. Maybe she went to the library people and complained about you all getting in to her business ;)
It WAS in California, lol.

errr why are you taking a training session on how to be a cold person in the library? i'm just glad things are alright. i understand, we can't all talk about our boring lives each and everyday 8D. unless we REALLY want to make a journal on that.
