① [movies] INCEPTION + DESPICABLE ME + SHE'S OUT OF MY LEAGUE are all sorts of awesome. Inception very much so ❤ The first part is kind of draggy, but I love how internally consistent and detailed their AU is. Some of my friends commented that they felt like a psychiatrist or a therapist during the first half of the movie, but for me, that's part of the charm (^w^) I love how the entire cinema is all "AWW FUCK NOO" at the last scene of the movie hahaha. Despicable Me is just so darn cute. When If I succeed in world domination, I'll definitely recruit an army of cute minions LMAO She's Out Of My League is a refreshing, cute romantic-comedy. Yeah, it's rom-com, but it's still cute XD I want to watch SALT soon! *A*
② SOUL EATER [manga] - holy shiiiiiiit, dark!Kid is so hot. Like, holy shiiiiiiit. I never thought a character design that included sew-marks over your mouth can look impossibly sexy-evil, but well, Death the Kid has proven me wrong 8D And I've realized (again) that devoted butlers are so hot. Even if they're all hetare LOL the Gopher→Noah obsession is so funny and disturbing and HO YAAAAY that I can't help but love it. Justin Law's Face Heel Turn is also delicious, because mmmm, it's always the hot blond ones. When he removed his headphones just so he can listen to Kid's screams while being tortured is so evil *___* and Crona with three swords is so asdfghjkl hot. And I still don't know if he/she is a guy/girl LMAO
③ BLEACH [manga] - Oh, Mizuiro. I guess he isn't voiced by FukuJun for nothing! LOL I love how he's all ~fushigi mystery~ and ~calm~ and he's definitely the number one person you'd want to be with on a zombie apocalypse. Throwing those things at Aizen is suicidal, but oh, it's so crazy awesome ❤ Tensa Zangetsu is making my heart hurt for some Ulquiorra and ByaUlqui doujins pfft because oh so pretty *____* Seeing HIchigo back is also all sorts of YAAAAY, but I'm not exactly that thrilled to see another training arc for Ichigo. And my Gin/Ran fangirl (yes, I ship het too!) is all asdfghklYESSSS and waaaaaatNOOOOOO over that development. Also, where's Ryuuken? ;____; I need some papaQuincy hotness orz I'm on the camp that's calling for some backstabbing between Gin and Aizen, but maybe that's too obvious? [BLEACH 414] - fuuuuuuck yeahhhhhhhh :D This is what I get for typing so slowly. New chapters appear even before I post! D: But yesssssss. Totally called it, since, like the SS Arc, because mmmm creepy eyes + creepy smile = traitor! traitor! traitor! =))
BLEACH [anime] - ...I'm kind of in love with the omakes lately LOL Seeing Itachi Ukitake blast that Cero is a big kyaaa-moment. And Starrk is just. So sexy. *swoons* The Vizards have finally joined the battle, which means that the anime is catching up again! More importantly, OMG. That stalker!pedo!Aizen badtouch moment(s)! guuuuh, I can't wait for it to be animated asdfghjkl;
④ D. GRAY MAN [manga] - I... am confused. But Kanda's hotness is always a good way to counterbalance any confusion. I think after 10+ chapters, I'll go back and re-read DGM. Hopefully things will make more sense then LOL I want to see evil!Allen so badly. My guilty pleasure pairing that is Tyki/Allen will probably get loads of more HO YAAAAY if that happens 8D Kanda churning out power-after-power is kinda awesome, but asdfghjkl I worry for his lotus petals >w<
⑤ NARUTO [manga] - While I'm happy to see Minato and the backstory, I have my complaints about it |D and it just makes me not want Naruto's character aesop even more, since his 'HARD WORK AND DETERMINATION, YOSH!' attitude over ~Destiny and Fate~ is not that strong now. I mean, he's also part of that ~destined for greatness and power~ thing, which *for me*, takes away the supposed awesomeness of his being a determinator. Or lol idk. I've never liked thinking too srsbsns regarding NARUTO.
⑥ KATEKYO HITMAN REBORN! [manga] - I'm wholeheartedly wishing for a Shouichi and/or Byakuran cameo, because zzzzzz this arc is boring. Enma waged a war because he's butthurt over Tsuna not saving him, and it's very likely that the arc will end with Tsuna clearing up the misunderstanding, and then Enma will join Tsuna's harem band of friends. Now they're on the POWER-UP stage; a training arc will probably come next, so they can master the new rings. Of course, I enjoyed Hibarin's suit ♥ as well as the everyone→Yamamoto moment there. I'm a bit disappointed that Chrome is now demoted to being a damsel in distress that must be saved ;__;
⑦ HETALIA: WORLD SERIES [anime] - SU-SAN! ^o^/ \^o^ t-t-they're so happily married omg. I mean, yes, my heart kind of swooned and flailed and died when I saw the SPAMANO strips being animated, but, but! SU-SAN! *____* And waifu!Finland is so moeeeeeeee *____*
⑧ SENGOKU BASARA TWO [anime] - LOLOLOL Akira Ishida is voicing yet another manipulative bishounen that has plenty of Ho Yay ♥ I'm kind of D: over reading the spoiler regarding his character and his well, fate, though. Masamune-sama is still so asdfghjklhot, which is sort of unfair, because. HNNNNNNNNG. And the ending song? With Masamune being all sexy while drinking sake? Awesome. Of course, the last 15-seconds or so of the ending song just made me so contented with my OTP ♥
⑨ KUROSHITSUJI II [anime] - Oh, Alois. Shine on, you crazy bastard! I think that the Claude/Alois pair is everything fangirls would want Sebastian/Ciel to be. Touchy-feely and Ho Yay turned up to eleven? YESPLZ. Alois is interesting in that he's super crazy and super asshat and super cruel, but he's also super dependent on Claude, and he doesn't hide it at all. Ciel's dependent on Sebastian too, but it's more of a haughty, "Why shouldn't I depend on this *my* monster?"; Alois' dependence, on the other hand, is more of, "I want to depend on you, Claudeeeeee". Both are MOE, but it's refreshing to see how well the two pairs contrast each other.
My theory is that this series is the in-between of Ciel's soul being extracted, sort of like a limbo. Maybe this is Sebastian's idea of making the painfulness of extracting his soul carved into him-by giving him another "life" where everything is different, in a way. Madam Red is alive, he can make Lizzy happy (ep 2), the servants are alive, Aberline is alive (in a way), the object of his revenge isn't the Queen that his family has served for generations. But then again, this theory has lots of holes in it, so I'm not putting my bets on this 8D
It's possible that Ciel really died and he's really revived-maybe his soul did some funky thing before being nomnomnom'd by Sebastian-maybe Sebastian felt sorry (yay shipping!) for killing Ciel-maybe there's another set of culprits that escaped even Sebastian's notice-maybe those culprits are related to the Trancy household-so Sebastian had to revive Ciel because his revenge isn't finished yet. ...Well, I'm not so happy with this, because it feels too asspull-though making Sebastian less omniscient by giving him enemies he wasn't aware of before is both pleasant and D:-inducing-and appears too... simple. But then again, sometimes it's the simple solutions that ends up being right ^^;
...if they happen to include some stuff about controversies involving the demon world-maybe there are some demons who don't approve of Sebastian being a dog to a human, etc-that will make me supeeeer happy ♥ Like, yeah :D :D :D
⑨ KUROSHITSUJI [manga] - I actually removed the ~culprit~ from my list of suspects because it's too obvious. I mean. IDK. He's the most likely one to commit the crimes, but since it's a detective mystery arc, I was expecting something out of ordinary. LOL Sebastian being alive is well, also obvious, because the series is all about his awesomeness. and his ~relationship~ with his pedobait bocchan LOL Even if Sebastian being ~that person~ is something that I called as soon as ~that person~ was shown, I wasn't expecting him, to you know. Peel off his face mask like that. I'm hoping for an exciting "SO THIS IS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED" explanation next chapter ^o^ I still believe that Sebastian and Ciel are just trolling everyone back then hahaha. Though, I hope that Sebastian also trolled Ciel somehow? But for now, I'll hold off the theories, because that'll just make my mind explode. I'll content myself with looking back fondly on that, "So take off your clothes" line from Jeremy back in chapter 41(?) hahahaha.
⑩ GIANT KILLING [anime] - OMG, Tsubaki, you're so moe. MOEEEEEE. He reminds me of a cross between DRRR!!'s Moekado and KHR's Shou-chan ♥ Sera is lulzy too, with all his imaginary backflips and KIRA KIRA~☆ dreams :)) But then again, my primary reason for watching Giant Killing is ~the Prince~ Gino ♥♥♥ He's so... I don't know how to describe him. He's such a Casanova (or that's what he wants us to believe), his seat on the bus is surrounded by fluffy pillows and cushions, he's awesome at setting up plays and passing the ball to the right people, he's super fucking lazy, he likes being in the spotlight, he gets demotivated and bored easily and he gets motivated by the strangest things XDD Episode 15's Coach Tatsumi saying "Gino, you look kind of handsome!" after he had a goal made my crazy fangirl heart go even crazier 8D (aaaand, Tatsumi, Gino is handsome ktnx. Not just "kind of" handsome LOL)
⑪ PANDORA HEARTS [manga] - Oh. My. God. Crazy butlers servants FTW. I can't wait for the next chapter! *_____*
⑫ BLACK ROCK SHOOTER [OVA] - I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting, but I'm just sort of 'okayyyyy' with this. I mean, it's not bad, but it's not zomgawesome! either. It's just... okay. Hahaha.
⑬ [animes] So many shows finished finished already ;______;
• ANGEL BEATS had an awesome soundtrack. Story-wise, I feel like the first half is better, but that's maybe because I feel like Key's dramatic, teary-eyed endings is kind of... predictable.
• HOUSE OF FIVE LEAVES, I feel has the best balance out of all the animes that finished recently, because there's great characters, character development, backstory, soundtrack and animation. Though I'm kind of sad that now, there's no more Takahiro Sakurai / Daisuke Namikawa shenanigans ;___;
• DURARARA!! got a bit draggy in the end-or maybe that's because it doesn't have as much surprises? Or maybe that's because I expected the twists regarding Anri and Kida back when I first heard about the anime/light novels? In any case, I'm hoping for a second(third?) season because I think Aoba is awesome ♥ (Though Izaya-tan doesn't have that much exposure in the later novels, iirc). And and and. Kasuka's story is kind of cute as well, so I hope to see that animated. xD
• WORKING! has another instance of the Shizaya ship-though Hiroomi is a bit 50/50 on succeeding in manipulating people, and Satou is not as berserk as Shizu-chan 8D It's a slice-of-life show, so there's not really much in terms of plot, but it was still enjoyable :3
• ARAKAWA UNDER THE BRIDGE showcased Hiroshi Kamiya's awesomeness at quirky characters again :3 It's another slice-of-life show, though there's certainly more development here than in WORKING! haha. It's a solid anime, so if anyone wants a romantic-comedy with a lot of focus on comedy and its awesome absurdity, this is definitely a must watch! o/ Its opening song is very catchy too :p
• OOKIKU FURIKABUTTE makes me hate Bijouuuuuu so much again, not because they're assholes, but because guh, my heart hurts so much for Nishiura losing. I hope they make a third season, because the later parts of the manga is so lulzy and cute and Abe and Mihashi get to become more closer! And more Haruna! And Junta/Rio! Why yes, I have such strong bias ♥ But I was happy with the second season, great animation, nice soundtrack, more focus on the other characters (YESPLZ to Tajima, Hanai and Izumi! *o*) though I feel like the pacing of the Saitama match is too rushed ;A;
⑭ URAGIRI BOKU NO NAMAE WO SHITTEIRU [anime] - KYAAAAAAAAAA KUROTO ♥♥♥♥♥ *flails* M-m-my reason for watching this show has arrived! *flails some more* I only saw his brief character profile, but as soon as I saw bishounen + sword + tsundere + Hiroshi Kamiya = asdfghjklgivemeeeee♥ I know that Kuroto is paired up with Sai Kamui-kun Senshiro, but I still can't help but swoon when I heard Shizu-chan Hotsuma bitch on Izaya Kuroto. And of course, my OTP for the show, Takashiro/Reiga had their clash already! Yes, they're both bastards, but that's why I pair them up hahahaha. And again! asdfghjkl KUROTO!!! =w=
⑮ SHIKI [anime] + [manga] - OHMYGOD NATSUNO AND TOHRU SO GAYYYY ♥♥♥ Yeah, I know of the spoilers already, but. but. but. omgggg ♥ And I definitely love the doctor. His HoYay with the priest is delicious, but more importantly. What he'll do eventually is so. Chilling. And crazy. And awesome.
⑯ [animes] I've put HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD, NURARIHYON NO MAGO, SEIKIMATSU OCCULT GAKUIN and OOKAMI-SAN on the backburner for now @__@ High School of the Dead, I've heard, is mostly recap lately, so, eh. Pass on that for now. I'll marathon it when it finishes. Ookami-san... I haven't even started, but since it's easy to mass-dl it, I'll also marathon it after it's completed 8D Occult Gakuin is shaping up to be awesome and lulzy, but since I'm pretty busy right now... I'll start rewatching next week LOL Nurarihyon... I'm a bit torn, because I hate Aya Hirano's character who's a pretty standard tsundere damsel scrappy, but I love the animation and the colors and the opening song orz I'm at chapter 10 of the manga now, so I hope to finish the manga first before I go and resume watching the anime >__>
⑰ LEGEND OF LEGENDARY HEROES [anime] - FUCK YEAH LELOUCH! Oh. Ryner, I mean. But hnnnnnnnnng. Hearing Lelouch's evil crazy laugh is so damn awesome *_______* Denyuuden is another one of the shows I'm really excited about-and not just because hearing Shizu-chan Sebastian Daisuke Ono being a ~*FABULOUS*~ king is well. Fabulous 8D Of course, there's also that thing regarding Lucile and Ferris. And that thing regarding the "HE'S MY BEST FRIEND /angst". And the Ho Yay. And the Foe Yay. And most importantly, LELOUCHHHHH ♥♥♥ Yes, I do have my priorities straightened out LOL
⑱ Because secretly I'm still a little kid, I marathoned DIGIMON FRONTIER! I dunno, one day, I was thinking, hey I kinda miss Digimon. Then, hey, I haven't watched the other series! I started with Frontier mostly because I heard that Hiroshi Kamiya voiced one of the characters, so. HMMM. Frontier is okay, but I still adore Digimon Adventure the most ♥ Or maybe that's my childhood nostalgia talking hahaha. DIGIMON SAVERS and DIGIMON TAMERS are next on my list, though I kinda gave up on Savers because I couldn't feel it. Though I'll probably change my mind in a few days. Or few weeks. LOL DIGIMON XROS WARS makes me lol so hard, because hearing Conan as the major character? Awesome. And yes, I really am a little kid at heart LOL
⑲ I also finished the marathon of REVOLUTIONARY GIRL UTENA! It's probably the awesomest shoujo anime I've ever seen. *_______* Actually I finished watching it weeks ago, but I only had time to talk about it now. Its soundtrack is kickass as well, so that's a huge plus point! o/ I finished watching the Samurai 7 anime last week! It kind of reminds me of House of Five Leaves, where the main draw is the characters, rather than zomgexciting plot twists and such. I think that's what makes it a solid series :D Touch is a nice shounen sports anime about soccer :D I think that I tend to like sports-related manga a lot hahaha. I finished the anime a few weeks ago and I think that it's worth a shot for sports-anime fans :D Paradise Kiss and Neighborhood Story are such cute cute stories. Especially Paradise Kiss. I can't believe I put off reading it until now. George is an ass. Seiji is FABULOUS. George/Seiji is OTP. the clothes are awesomesauce asdfghkl
Another older show that I'm watching right now is TERRA E. I already know how it will end, but it's still interesting. I'm only at episode 3 now, and yes, I do find the main character annoying, but I know that he's going to get better after a few episodes, so that makes it bearable LOL .hack Series isn't exactly old, but it's up next on my "old series marathon", followed by Samurai Champloo and Samurai Deeper Kyo. I keep on putting off watching Soukou no Strain, which makes me sad, because I really want to hear and see Hibarin do a magnificent bastard character LOL I might do a Gundam marathon after, in the same way I'm marathoning the Digimon franchise now, but that's way later orz
⑳ For mangas that I'm into at the moment, I'm marathoning ONE PIECE (yes, I'm still at chapter ~150 orz) + AIR GEAR (I have a mantra of 'ignore the gag boobs, ignore the panty shots, ignoreeee' while reading it, which makes it quite difficult >.>) + MAHOU SENSEI NEGIMA (I know a friend who'll be happy to know this LOL) + FAIRY TAIL (since it's from the same mangaka who created Rave, this is bound to be AWESOME!) + CANTARELLA (though I'm doing a !!! reaction each time the main characters misunderstand each other and make stupid decisions orz orz orz) + my latest Shounen Jump obsession, PSYREN!
★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if I fangirled about this already, but PSYREN = SO DAMN AWESOME *__* It capitalizes on the plot point that I had hoped to be explored more in Reborn's TYL Arc-the alternate futures that result from each change in the past. Okay, so the main character, Ageha Yoshina, ends up joining a 'game' called Psyren. He answers a ringing phone which then transports him to the 'world of Psyren', which is a world that seems too bleak and surrounded by monsters. It's then revealed later that the 'world is Psyren' is the world ten years to the future and those monsters were once humans. The protagonists then try to discover more about the future so they can prevent it from happening. ...That's a very vague and condensed version, but asdfghkl I end up re-reading the manga (currently at ~125+ chapters) whenever I try to summarize it.
I love Psyren because of the plot mostly-repeated time travel! dangerous games! 'psychic' powers! everyone's badass! tons of bishounen! tons of hoyay!-and because everything becomes important in the long run :D There's a lot of seemingly unimportant people that end up being crucial in the future, and, and, and! It makes me really excited to see the next chapter(s) o/ There's no real 'damsel in distress' character, and everyone is awesome. As in everyone. The love interest? Check. Grandmas? Check. Hot shoujo dads? Check. World reknowned female pianist? Check. Gangsters? Check. Little kids? Check.
...And so, okay. I'm mostly just there for the characters, mainly the teleporter with such fabulous name, ~Shiner~ and the super hot idol and walking Ho Yay generator, Oboro Mochizuki. I can't wait to see what happens to him next!

It's possible that Ciel really died and he's really revived-maybe his soul did some funky thing before being nomnomnom'd by Sebastian-maybe Sebastian felt sorry (yay shipping!) for killing Ciel-maybe there's another set of culprits that escaped even Sebastian's notice-maybe those culprits are related to the Trancy household-so Sebastian had to revive Ciel because his revenge isn't finished yet. ...Well, I'm not so happy with this, because it feels too asspull-though making Sebastian less omniscient by giving him enemies he wasn't aware of before is both pleasant and D:-inducing-and appears too... simple. But then again, sometimes it's the simple solutions that ends up being right ^^;
...if they happen to include some stuff about controversies involving the demon world-maybe there are some demons who don't approve of Sebastian being a dog to a human, etc-that will make me supeeeer happy ♥ Like, yeah :D :D :D
⑨ KUROSHITSUJI [manga] - I actually removed the ~culprit~ from my list of suspects because it's too obvious. I mean. IDK. He's the most likely one to commit the crimes, but since it's a detective mystery arc, I was expecting something out of ordinary. LOL Sebastian being alive is well, also obvious, because the series is all about his awesomeness. and his ~relationship~ with his pedobait bocchan LOL Even if Sebastian being ~that person~ is something that I called as soon as ~that person~ was shown, I wasn't expecting him, to you know. Peel off his face mask like that. I'm hoping for an exciting "SO THIS IS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED" explanation next chapter ^o^ I still believe that Sebastian and Ciel are just trolling everyone back then hahaha. Though, I hope that Sebastian also trolled Ciel somehow? But for now, I'll hold off the theories, because that'll just make my mind explode. I'll content myself with looking back fondly on that, "So take off your clothes" line from Jeremy back in chapter 41(?) hahahaha.
⑩ GIANT KILLING [anime] - OMG, Tsubaki, you're so moe. MOEEEEEE. He reminds me of a cross between DRRR!!'s Moekado and KHR's Shou-chan ♥ Sera is lulzy too, with all his imaginary backflips and KIRA KIRA~☆ dreams :)) But then again, my primary reason for watching Giant Killing is ~the Prince~ Gino ♥♥♥ He's so... I don't know how to describe him. He's such a Casanova (or that's what he wants us to believe), his seat on the bus is surrounded by fluffy pillows and cushions, he's awesome at setting up plays and passing the ball to the right people, he's super fucking lazy, he likes being in the spotlight, he gets demotivated and bored easily and he gets motivated by the strangest things XDD Episode 15's Coach Tatsumi saying "Gino, you look kind of handsome!" after he had a goal made my crazy fangirl heart go even crazier 8D (aaaand, Tatsumi, Gino is handsome ktnx. Not just "kind of" handsome LOL)
⑪ PANDORA HEARTS [manga] - Oh. My. God. Crazy butlers servants FTW. I can't wait for the next chapter! *_____*
⑫ BLACK ROCK SHOOTER [OVA] - I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting, but I'm just sort of 'okayyyyy' with this. I mean, it's not bad, but it's not zomgawesome! either. It's just... okay. Hahaha.
⑬ [animes] So many shows finished finished already ;______;
• ANGEL BEATS had an awesome soundtrack. Story-wise, I feel like the first half is better, but that's maybe because I feel like Key's dramatic, teary-eyed endings is kind of... predictable.
• HOUSE OF FIVE LEAVES, I feel has the best balance out of all the animes that finished recently, because there's great characters, character development, backstory, soundtrack and animation. Though I'm kind of sad that now, there's no more Takahiro Sakurai / Daisuke Namikawa shenanigans ;___;
• DURARARA!! got a bit draggy in the end-or maybe that's because it doesn't have as much surprises? Or maybe that's because I expected the twists regarding Anri and Kida back when I first heard about the anime/light novels? In any case, I'm hoping for a second(third?) season because I think Aoba is awesome ♥ (Though Izaya-tan doesn't have that much exposure in the later novels, iirc). And and and. Kasuka's story is kind of cute as well, so I hope to see that animated. xD
• WORKING! has another instance of the Shizaya ship-though Hiroomi is a bit 50/50 on succeeding in manipulating people, and Satou is not as berserk as Shizu-chan 8D It's a slice-of-life show, so there's not really much in terms of plot, but it was still enjoyable :3
• ARAKAWA UNDER THE BRIDGE showcased Hiroshi Kamiya's awesomeness at quirky characters again :3 It's another slice-of-life show, though there's certainly more development here than in WORKING! haha. It's a solid anime, so if anyone wants a romantic-comedy with a lot of focus on comedy and its awesome absurdity, this is definitely a must watch! o/ Its opening song is very catchy too :p
• OOKIKU FURIKABUTTE makes me hate Bijouuuuuu so much again, not because they're assholes, but because guh, my heart hurts so much for Nishiura losing. I hope they make a third season, because the later parts of the manga is so lulzy and cute and Abe and Mihashi get to become more closer! And more Haruna! And Junta/Rio! Why yes, I have such strong bias ♥ But I was happy with the second season, great animation, nice soundtrack, more focus on the other characters (YESPLZ to Tajima, Hanai and Izumi! *o*) though I feel like the pacing of the Saitama match is too rushed ;A;
⑭ URAGIRI BOKU NO NAMAE WO SHITTEIRU [anime] - KYAAAAAAAAAA KUROTO ♥♥♥♥♥ *flails* M-m-my reason for watching this show has arrived! *flails some more* I only saw his brief character profile, but as soon as I saw bishounen + sword + tsundere + Hiroshi Kamiya = asdfghjklgivemeeeee♥ I know that Kuroto is paired up with Sai Kamui-kun Senshiro, but I still can't help but swoon when I heard Shizu-chan Hotsuma bitch on Izaya Kuroto. And of course, my OTP for the show, Takashiro/Reiga had their clash already! Yes, they're both bastards, but that's why I pair them up hahahaha. And again! asdfghjkl KUROTO!!! =w=
⑮ SHIKI [anime] + [manga] - OHMYGOD NATSUNO AND TOHRU SO GAYYYY ♥♥♥ Yeah, I know of the spoilers already, but. but. but. omgggg ♥ And I definitely love the doctor. His HoYay with the priest is delicious, but more importantly. What he'll do eventually is so. Chilling. And crazy. And awesome.
⑯ [animes] I've put HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD, NURARIHYON NO MAGO, SEIKIMATSU OCCULT GAKUIN and OOKAMI-SAN on the backburner for now @__@ High School of the Dead, I've heard, is mostly recap lately, so, eh. Pass on that for now. I'll marathon it when it finishes. Ookami-san... I haven't even started, but since it's easy to mass-dl it, I'll also marathon it after it's completed 8D Occult Gakuin is shaping up to be awesome and lulzy, but since I'm pretty busy right now... I'll start rewatching next week LOL Nurarihyon... I'm a bit torn, because I hate Aya Hirano's character who's a pretty standard tsundere damsel scrappy, but I love the animation and the colors and the opening song orz I'm at chapter 10 of the manga now, so I hope to finish the manga first before I go and resume watching the anime >__>
⑰ LEGEND OF LEGENDARY HEROES [anime] - FUCK YEAH LELOUCH! Oh. Ryner, I mean. But hnnnnnnnnng. Hearing Lelouch's evil crazy laugh is so damn awesome *_______* Denyuuden is another one of the shows I'm really excited about-and not just because hearing Shizu-chan Sebastian Daisuke Ono being a ~*FABULOUS*~ king is well. Fabulous 8D Of course, there's also that thing regarding Lucile and Ferris. And that thing regarding the "HE'S MY BEST FRIEND /angst". And the Ho Yay. And the Foe Yay. And most importantly, LELOUCHHHHH ♥♥♥ Yes, I do have my priorities straightened out LOL
⑱ Because secretly I'm still a little kid, I marathoned DIGIMON FRONTIER! I dunno, one day, I was thinking, hey I kinda miss Digimon. Then, hey, I haven't watched the other series! I started with Frontier mostly because I heard that Hiroshi Kamiya voiced one of the characters, so. HMMM. Frontier is okay, but I still adore Digimon Adventure the most ♥ Or maybe that's my childhood nostalgia talking hahaha. DIGIMON SAVERS and DIGIMON TAMERS are next on my list, though I kinda gave up on Savers because I couldn't feel it. Though I'll probably change my mind in a few days. Or few weeks. LOL DIGIMON XROS WARS makes me lol so hard, because hearing Conan as the major character? Awesome. And yes, I really am a little kid at heart LOL
⑲ I also finished the marathon of REVOLUTIONARY GIRL UTENA! It's probably the awesomest shoujo anime I've ever seen. *_______* Actually I finished watching it weeks ago, but I only had time to talk about it now. Its soundtrack is kickass as well, so that's a huge plus point! o/ I finished watching the Samurai 7 anime last week! It kind of reminds me of House of Five Leaves, where the main draw is the characters, rather than zomgexciting plot twists and such. I think that's what makes it a solid series :D Touch is a nice shounen sports anime about soccer :D I think that I tend to like sports-related manga a lot hahaha. I finished the anime a few weeks ago and I think that it's worth a shot for sports-anime fans :D Paradise Kiss and Neighborhood Story are such cute cute stories. Especially Paradise Kiss. I can't believe I put off reading it until now. George is an ass. Seiji is FABULOUS. George/Seiji is OTP. the clothes are awesomesauce asdfghkl
Another older show that I'm watching right now is TERRA E. I already know how it will end, but it's still interesting. I'm only at episode 3 now, and yes, I do find the main character annoying, but I know that he's going to get better after a few episodes, so that makes it bearable LOL .hack Series isn't exactly old, but it's up next on my "old series marathon", followed by Samurai Champloo and Samurai Deeper Kyo. I keep on putting off watching Soukou no Strain, which makes me sad, because I really want to hear and see Hibarin do a magnificent bastard character LOL I might do a Gundam marathon after, in the same way I'm marathoning the Digimon franchise now, but that's way later orz
⑳ For mangas that I'm into at the moment, I'm marathoning ONE PIECE (yes, I'm still at chapter ~150 orz) + AIR GEAR (I have a mantra of 'ignore the gag boobs, ignore the panty shots, ignoreeee' while reading it, which makes it quite difficult >.>) + MAHOU SENSEI NEGIMA (I know a friend who'll be happy to know this LOL) + FAIRY TAIL (since it's from the same mangaka who created Rave, this is bound to be AWESOME!) + CANTARELLA (though I'm doing a !!! reaction each time the main characters misunderstand each other and make stupid decisions orz orz orz) + my latest Shounen Jump obsession, PSYREN!
★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if I fangirled about this already, but PSYREN = SO DAMN AWESOME *__* It capitalizes on the plot point that I had hoped to be explored more in Reborn's TYL Arc-the alternate futures that result from each change in the past. Okay, so the main character, Ageha Yoshina, ends up joining a 'game' called Psyren. He answers a ringing phone which then transports him to the 'world of Psyren', which is a world that seems too bleak and surrounded by monsters. It's then revealed later that the 'world is Psyren' is the world ten years to the future and those monsters were once humans. The protagonists then try to discover more about the future so they can prevent it from happening. ...That's a very vague and condensed version, but asdfghkl I end up re-reading the manga (currently at ~125+ chapters) whenever I try to summarize it.
I love Psyren because of the plot mostly-repeated time travel! dangerous games! 'psychic' powers! everyone's badass! tons of bishounen! tons of hoyay!-and because everything becomes important in the long run :D There's a lot of seemingly unimportant people that end up being crucial in the future, and, and, and! It makes me really excited to see the next chapter(s) o/ There's no real 'damsel in distress' character, and everyone is awesome. As in everyone. The love interest? Check. Grandmas? Check. Hot shoujo dads? Check. World reknowned female pianist? Check. Gangsters? Check. Little kids? Check.
...And so, okay. I'm mostly just there for the characters, mainly the teleporter with such fabulous name, ~Shiner~ and the super hot idol and walking Ho Yay generator, Oboro Mochizuki. I can't wait to see what happens to him next!
