One of my birds is sick. We've been to the vet and she thinks that its something but tests didn't show it but that doesn't necessarily mean that its not. So essentially, I've been force-feeding a pissed off parakeet and shoving medicine down his throat. He is not pleased and every time I go to grab him he starts screaming at me. Its kinda funny. Why must my chirpie get sick? Bird is puffy and has some low-grade fever going on. Vet is running tests while I am force feeding it baby food. Both the bird and I agree that baby food is disgusting.

MCL sprain, really? My leg hurts like a bitch but I can't really do much about it. There is no swelling or redness and only hurts in certain positions. Unfortunately, I'm hobbling everywhere at work. I'm heading to the salon for either a new style or haircut. Although  I'm suspecting I'll just end up with a trim. Either way, I'm not looking forward to it.

I'm tired. Of nothing in particular, but just tired. Between work shenanigans and family news, I think I need to take a break somewhere. Ever feel like just sleeping? Yup, that was today.

So, something happened in the fish tank to cause most of the fish to die. I managed to get down to the specialty store to get another saltwater tank and hopefully saved the last two and some of their crustacean friends. This only cost me 350 bucks. Only...

So I'm done with classes this semester with more BS to come next year. That said, I was not please last Friday. Why? Well, my boss told me it was okay to take off work early as I had my last paper to write. Guess who left early. It certainly wasn't me. I like my coworkers, I honestly do.
