Journey the Eighteenth.

We seem to have run into the issue of those deciding to play hero.

Miss Bastet, as I assume you are coordinating most of the efforts, please stop me if I am out of line.

For everyone else:

I will personally be stopping any and all who wish to return from the Wilderness to the Sphere. Should you require something and no one still above may assist ( Read more... )

I would prefer to keep people out of the Tree who have no reason to be there; looking at the journal, we somehow have two injuries already, even though the scouts are fairly placid compared to the soldiers.

It'll only get worse once the rest get here, so thank you. I'd rather head this off as much as possible now.

I will stop any and all that have no reason. As I said, if they are looking for death, I bid them good luck.

Sadly, I think many are of the opinion that being a hero entails putting their neck on the line at any and all opportunities.

Well. We can't all afford to do so.

How are things looking? The last I heard, Chosen was sending people to the elevator from Section 2.

Perhaps they will learn a lesson from their supposed heroics. I almost pity their friends who would worry and proclaim their sorrows until they returned with the excuse 'I was trying to help.' Sadly, the attention received may spurn them further.

The crowds are thinning, though with the mentions of ants approaching, growing more hectic. I hope that the last few crowds shall be gone shortly, and that there will be a minimal amount of young idealists to get themselves torn asunder.

If people are looking for something to do that desperately they can always help hand out provisions or help watch all the pets that everybody brought down.

I won't argue with you.

Did Scaredypooch make his way down here or is he busy hiding under a bed?

Siegfried assisted me in carrying supplies. He makes an excellent mount in a pinch.

Very well.

Okay! I didn't want him to be up in the house all by himself again. Would you like me to come get him?

If you do so desire. He is currently with me at the elevator. I do not mind his company, however.

My roommate is going to stay put this time if I have to sit on him.

There are more glorious ways to die than breaking rules and making a show.

...Already? I had thought they'd wait a few days at the very least.

You can add that all Adventures will be backing you on making sure those up above have a valid reason to be there.

I am continually astounded by the level of recklessness in the Sphere. There have been sightings of a dozen or so scout ants, and yet at least two young boys have gotten themselves injured.

I loathe to think of what devastating losses would be suffered if this evacuation were less organized.

I'm not. People usually think they can handle more than they really can. Its one of things that happens in society all the time. Then others have to clean up after them. One of those boys is seeking a guard position, I don't have to voice my thoughts on that do I?

Too many, far too many. We have Chief of medicine Lezard to thank for the early warning.

He is seeking a guard position? Well, perhaps he's in need of some training. Though... I doubt that would do more than dissuade him.

Indeed. Lezard has proven himself to be quite an asset.
