Falling

Jinki’s arm encircles Kibum’s small frame. He whispers a soft, Kibum, and he feels like the worst person on earth. Because he wants to say more, much more than just his name. He wants to kiss Kibum, caress his face; he just wants to be able to love. Kibum looks at him, and Jinki knows that he too, wants to hear so much more. Please, Jinki is pleading, please don’t say it. Kibum keeps his mouth shut, but Jinki can feel the younger boy’s heartbeat, and it makes his heart break. Jinki blinks, and Kibum’s lips meet his own. He tries to pull away, but he can’t. He wants this just as much as Kibum does, maybe even more. I’m falling, Jinki whispers when they pull apart.

Kibum smiles, and takes both of Jinki’s hand, placing them on his chest.
