Uh... The City's barriers are weak at the moment. We're getting an influx of tourists from other worlds right now.

Correct. The City is currently in a state where we get the equivalent of tourists. Probably for the next day or so, we'll have an influx of random people, sometimes multiple copies of the same person. It's always a bit strange but always amusing. After that, they'll all return home.

A veritable whirlwind. I wonder if anyone has tried leaving when this happens...supposing the barriers truly are 'weakened'...
