i did it

i ate a piece of multigrain toast with peanut butter for a good little protien breakfast and then i went and did my 45 minutes.

70 fligts of stairs....20 minutes
2 miles on the eliptical....22 minutes..

and hopefully all this sweat is another layer of my ass.

2 days down...
