Today I started the South Beach Diet...no carbs for 14 days. One day down, 13 more to go, lol. I will be so awesome if I can do this :) Leave me some encouragement, haha.
jesus christ.....the southbeach diet is for fatties, not people like you....who think they are fat but really arnt. Jessie you are perfect, i really dont see one thing wrong with you and it drives me crazy when you are always putting yourself down. You go to the gym every day, you have a lot of muscle (which i wish i had) and when you weigh yourself you thing that its fat...its not! You dont have any fat on you. Jesus christ.
