I can't believe this

So I have a situation that I never thought would happen. One of my employees (now former employee actually) might very well have stolen from two customers for her own benefit. I will withold her name as this situation could get really ugly really fast if I find out that this is true.

I believe without documentations, possession is considered ownership. Becareful with what legal steps you take.

by documentation, do you mean me proving that I paid for the materials and what not. Receipts and all that? Because I still have my invoices from the place I bought everything from, and it wasn't a secret amongst my group about who bought what. Namely me buying everything and her buying nothing. So I would also have several witnesses who also know this, have been to her house and readily admit that she didn't buy anything, plus an pm on cosplay.com where she admits to not buying any of the fabric herself. So how well does that hold up?

Agh! I'm so sorry for you, Shinji! I'll be praying for this to just blow over instead of blow up. >_<

Do you know what her eBay account is? There might be a way to contact eBay and have them shut down her auctions if indeed she is selling your posessions.
