How much overall slope do you have? I can make recommendations based off that.
Also if you are not a fan of daily watering, simple gadgets like Aqua Cones make it so much easier. I have a similar product (picked up on seasonal clearance at Home Depot a few years back) in all of my big pots that don't have a self-watering wick/saucer system.
It's not that crazy of a slope, maybe about a 1:30. I have to actually take the measurements, so I can decide if the work of terracing is actually worth it, or if I'm just going to plant cross slope.
Do you have any suggestions as to crop order? I mean, root crops at the top of the slope, and corn at the bottom? I was thinking the plants that like the most water, squash, tomatoes, etc, should be at the bottom, so they can benefit from the runoff, but I'm also wondering if it wouldn't swamp them.

Mirror's Edge makes me want to run on my roof and jump off! But in a cool parkour way, not a "oh man, I'm so emo" way.
