A good day
Woke up feeling sick today. Feel like it's been a while since the last time. But while I was feeling kind of crummy today, things have been pretty good! The new refrigerator arrived today, and it's a huge improvement over the old one. The freezer and ice maker work, which alone is a huge plus. Trip complete!
Late last week I visited Shelby for her college graduation! It was a really fun but very busy trip. I got in late Wednesday night, and spent most of Thursday sleeping while Shelby getting school stuff done before graduation. Cough
Haven't actually been feeling sick lately, but I have been noticing sleeping a little more than usual AND coughing up some weird things that usually only come with recovery from something. Long Weekend!
It was a great long weekend! I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the folks came over after my mother got off work. Seemed like a big success! It was mostly recipes from Food Network's website and everything came out great. I'm also getting better at making homemade pie crust (with the usual Libby's pumpkin pie filling).
