God i love fics like this... And your writing is just wonderful as usual~ Actually, more than wonderful. Just, ugh, everything can be felt so clearly, from Heechul's need to self-destruct to Hankyung's and Siwon's attempts at saving him. And I love that hankyung seems a bit confused, out of it, not really sure how to handle it. Really delicate subject, and you still write it so beautifully. Ugh, so much love for you

you're actually spot on with the characters. i wanted hankyung to be the one that would just do anything to make heechul happy, just kind of go with the flow while at the same time, making sure heechul doesn't do anything TOO stupid. like he knows heechul will work this out on his own in time.

siwon, on the other hand, is just kind of scared to death and is trying ANYTHING to make heechul better, hence the kiss.

thank you so much sweet heart <3 i really like to pour myself into heechul's character because to me, he's very versatile. you can put him in any situation and keep the heechul vibe, but also give him different layers of feelings and personalities. i wrote this at the time sort of as a metaphor for what i was feeling at the time, with three conflicting opinions in my mind, being heechul, siwon and hankyung. you'll see when I post my next fic, Internal Hard Drive, that I really put myself into heechul's character.

You know, out of all your fics that I've been reading, this one got to me. Right in the heart. RIGHT in the middle of it. The realism you use omg it kills me. And the way you portrayed Heechul's feelings with his actions, and Hangeng's thoughts of letting Heechul handle it, but at the same time monitoring him, because he doesn't want to ruin his happiness when he finally achieved it. This is so beautiful, funny thing, I too have always seen Heechul as a Broken Angel. So mad props for the title ^^

I guess the realism showed through because I wrote this with all of my feelings in mind. You saw Hankyung as I completely intended him to be; watching over Heechul to make sure he's okay, but not prodding. I kind of made Siwon out to be very worrisome, and he would do anything to try to make his best friend stop going down this path.

You see! I love your writing style because they seem personal. Not that I like to meddle in stuff that isn't my business but it does a beautiful job to your writing ^^ and I totally caught that about Siwon! He seemed kind of desperate, and I mean who wouldn't try to do that in his position? I think I loved this story because it somehow feels personal to me as well, hope you don't mind, and I've been in the situation of wanting to help a friend like Siwon was. And it sounds crazy but the same thought ran through my head, like I should let her know that she's not alone and she has someone that loves her, luckily i didn't do it. And wow now that I realize, i didn't really payed attention to your Siwon because I never take him seriously in HanChul fics (lol) but now I kind of feel attached to that little part. Omg I wrote this monstrous paragraph as a comment. I'm sorry xD

Lol, you're not meddling! And I love long paragraph comments :D
I was in a really dark place when I wrote this, and Heechul sort of represented me and Siwon and Hankyung sort of represented my conflicting mind. I just threw what i was feeling into heechul, and i feel like he's a great character to do that with because he's so versatile. You can change him to an extent while still keeping his original persona.
