Wow! We have snow!! Lots of it!!! I'm sure its snowed more this year than any year i can remember. I wish to frolic in it but im far too cold today, it appears my ancient 18-ness bares me limits now. *nostalgic* Check my Bio!!! I have Fan icons!!!!!!!! *loves them

I agree! Even over here we've had a little snow, and that's not happened in... nearly 5 years!!! But it wasn't enough to frolic I'm afraid... *pouts*

*deep breath* Its quite complicated, took me ages to figure it out but if you really want to do it, the best i can explain it is that you download an application called WinBlinds, you can get it at http://www.wincustomize.com/ then once you have that application you can download skins, kind of like with Winamp, you apply the skin and it changes your entire windows theme, its usually best with XP. On that site, theres squillions of skins of different colours and themes (no anime ones i'm afraid, the themes are pretty limited) but once you have one with a colour scheme to your likeing you can edit it by adding pics, changing fonts etc, and pretty much make your own desired PC theme by useing a skin someone else made as a template. If you want to do it and WinBlinds appeals to you, tell me and ill tell you what to do, because its quite confusing to explain.

xD It was a matter of trial and error, the amount of times i got a problem with it (>_<) but its worth it!
